Paul Mueller Dies At Womack February 18
Paul Mueller of Womack died February 18 after a long illness at age 70 years 10 days. Born near Leipzig Germany he came to the United States with his family settling in Texas. He first married Miss Emma Schoerg and had four children Paul Mire Mary Flentge Ludwig and Walter. After her death he married Anna Phuliep, producing three more children Exume Gaara Adalf and Anne Gaw. He was a member of the Herman Sons Lodge No 135 and served as Beetety for 30 years. Interment was at Clifton Cemetery with services at the Evangelical Church performing music. There are surviving children a brother in Buda Texas and many relatives and friends in the Womack community.

Morgan Joel Caraway a prominent Clifton resident died early Saturday morning February 19 after weeks of illness. Born in Hico Texas on September 14 1803 he was 49 years old at death. Survived by his mother Mrs C E Caraway two brothers D C Caraway and Harald R Caraway a sister Mrs J C Black and many nieces and nephews. He served in World War I and was active in church and civic life. Funeral services were held at his residence and First Presbyterian Church Clifton with interment at Clifton Cemetery following a flag service.
