Moody signs property bill giving wives income rights
Austin February 15 Gov Moody signs a remedial property bill to define a wife’s income from her separate property and establish it as community property for tax purposes. Joint author Mrs Negley San Antonio says the measure benefits women and clarifies what constitutes a husband and wife separate property.
