Invitations arrived for Alma Marie Berteleon’s marriage to Pete Barbian Jr at Plainview Lutheran Church on Sunday Dec 6. David Lawrence was born November 28 to Rev Lawrence Jenson and wife in Prince Rupert Canada. Richard Ellingson at Baptist Sanitarium Waco shows daily improvement. James Olson is seriously ill. Mrs Edd Sorley staying with daughter Mrs Alfred Basher. Mrs Dave Tindall ill for several days. An interesting program and lively business meeting were enjoyed. January 5 is the next meeting.
Clifton College Chorus under Mrs Anna Odeward will present the Christmas cantata Chimes of the Holy Night by Fred B Walon at Clifton College auditorium Sunday December 20 1996 at 7 p m. The chorus of about forty will be directed and Fern Bronstad will be the piano accompanist. The group invites the public to attend the concert and hear the Christmas story.
