Four men hurt as dynamite explodes near Jaster farm well
Four laborers digging a shallow rock passage on Wm Jaster’s farm near Womack were badly injured when a dynamite charge detonated after the fuse was thought out. Carl Schmidt lost an eye after treatment at a Waco sanitarium. Otto Schmidt, Paul Schmidt, and Ed Jaster suffered facial injuries, head wounds, and broken bones. Doctors Carpenter treated them. local press laments the accident.
