Hillsboro Texas December 4 Evidence in the Lynn Wade murder case began in District Court this morning and progressed rapidly. The State presented three witnesses including the killing of Rosa Wade near the county courthouse west entrance with a pistol as the weapon. Defense noted a small pistol found on Rosa Wade’s body and introduced Wade as a witness citing threats from Rows Wade. Court records showed an indictment for attempted criminal assault pending at the time of the killing. The defense also quoted Rev J S Newman returning as pastor after accepting the call to the Christian church.
