County Employees Views Asked On Retirement Plan
Bosque County employees will be asked by their supervisors what they think of a proposed retirement plan. The plan, presented by J. Robert Brown, would be adopted by the Bosque County Commissioners Court with a vote not requiring employee participation. If adopted, employees could have 4 to 7 percent of pay deducted and county would match, with no additional costs. The system now serves 182 counties and 87 districts, with assets of 113 million dollars and 32,500 participants.
