Farm House Barns Burned Near Valley After Noon Fire
A farmer north of Valley saw his barn burn to the ground last Saturday while the occupants were away. Philip Tin owned the farm and W. was staying there. The fire is believed to have started in the kitchen flue. Only a few pieces of tackle and turnips were saved as the household failed to rescue more before the blaze.
