August Sirpent Dur Dies in Washington County
August Sirpent Dur died suddenly on Thursday morning August 8 after a long illness. He was born in Germany and immigrated to America as a child, later settling in Washington county. He leaves a wife and nine children, three daughters and four sons, all married. Funeral services were held at the family residence and at Womack Church with Rev Wolfs of Fort Worth officiating, burial in the Clifton community. The Record extends sincere sympathy to the family.
