Two Men Fined on Omn i Driving While Intoxicated Charges
Two men were fined $300 and costs each after pleading guilty to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in district court. Frank R Herriott Jr of Bedford and Berkley D Martin of Shenandoah were arrested on February 24 and May 9 respectively. Martin received conviction within 12 hours of arrest, while Herriott’s specific offense was not disclosed. A grand jury was impaneled and adjourned for future service.
