Frank E Robinson, 70, died Wednesday in Los Angeles after a long illness. He was born in Clarinda and was married to Florine Odenheimer. Surviving sisters include L E Lucille Finley and G G Edythe Graff of here and Lydia Best of Des Moines. Funeral services were held Saturday in Inglewood, California, with no local relatives in attendance.

The Augusta Chronicle reports a 15 year old girl Judith Fay Jackson may be with her sister Mrs Blaine Racine at 15 E Stuart St in Clarinda. Mrs Racine and Chief C E Reynolds say the sister disappeared from Augusta parents' home around December 20 after running away in September and briefly returning.

Funeral services for Marion E Pace 90 will be held Tuesday at 10 30 a m at the Church of Christ in New Market. Pace, who died Friday in Oakland Calif, lived in New Market until 1954 and was a grain elevator operator. Surviving are a son and two daughters Leafy Hicks Jefferson City Pauline Peve Hopkins. Grandson Maurice M Peve of Hopkins will accompany the body back by train. Burial rites by the New Market Masonic Lodge at Old Memory Cemetery. The body lies in state at Walker Funeral Home Cla rinda tonight.

Regents hear plan for more state aid to Iowa junior colleges
