Fire arson ruled in Cedar Rapids Citizen Times blaze
Fire investigators concluded the Cedar Rapids Citizen Times building was deliberately set in three locations. Wiring was ruled not to be the source, and owners J. W. Grant and T. W. Kuncl will undergo polygraph testing next week as part of the probe. The paper will move to a temporary location at 410 Third Ave. SE during a return to normal weekly publication.
