Donation fuels Thunder Bay drop in centre via land claim grant
Jayden Krieger, a beneficiary of a home community land claim settlement, donates 1000 to Underground Gym in Thunder Bay. He recalls the centre as a child space that kept him out of trouble as up to 50 kids attend after school programs offering boxing, art, games, and social time. Peter Panetta notes the gift may cover food and fuel for the gym bus and praises Krieger’s impact on today’s youth.
