Polish millennium celebrations in Thunder Bay 1966 parade
The Lakehead Polish Canadian community joined Thunder Bay festivities on May 8 1966 as Fort William and Port Arthur proclaimed Poland Millennium Day. Events included a solemn mass, May 3 Cenotaph parade, English language millennium concert at Lakehead Teachers College, and a later Port Arthur concert with Polish youth groups. Fastfoot speeds up concrete forming in Canadian project
Steve Maxwell promotes Fastfoot a polyethylene fabric from Fas-Form of British Columbia that replaces wood and foam in footing and foundation work. It reduces formwork by up to 80 percent, speeds construction, and prevents rising damp by protecting concrete after cure. He uses cap staplers to attach it and notes easy trimming and reuse potential. Maxwell invites readers to BaileyLineRoad.com for more.
