Upgrades Funded for Kenora Mount Evergreen Ski Club and McLeod Park

The Mount Evergreen Ski Club near Kenora receives 496 500 from the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation for new snow grooming equipment lighting upgrades and snowmaking improvements. The City of Kenora gets 450 000 for McLeod Park rehabilitation including restoring the James McMillan tugboat and a new accessible wooden ramp.

Nipigon Notes Highlights Week of Community Events

Nipigon hosts winter activities at Lake Helen and recreation tennis court with road hockey fishing and a children pizza making session co produced by Nipigon Recreation and Head Dean.
