Light rail plant sees tariffs barely affect Thunder Bay
Alstom Thunder Bay site manager Lindsay Fenton says U.S. tariffs will have little impact on the Thunder Bay plant due to the in house overhaul work for the Metrolinx bi level project and TTC street car deliveries. She notes most parts are renewed in house and the project learning curve is stabilizing as cars are delivered on schedule.
