Donald John Grant 74 of Thunder Bay passed away May 30 2025 at Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre. Born Fort William April 23 1951 he worked at Arc Industries and enjoyed coffee with family friends spaghetti and meatballs and travels with Monelle Judi and others. A Celebration of Life is set for June 25 2025 at Westfort Chapel with interment at Mountainview Cemetery. Donations to Community Living Thunder Bay are welcomed.

Robert Bob Dufour Thompson 84 died June 4 2025 in Kingston Ontario after a five year battle with prostate cancer. He was born February 27 1941 in Port Arthur Ontario and spent decades in Thunder Bay as a shop teacher at Nipigon Red Rock Gran Mora Hillcrest and Churchill High. He is survived by his wife Janice son Matthew granddaughter Penelope Finnlay siblings Barrie Maureen and Joan and extended family. A memorial service June 28 2025 1 to 3 pm at James Reid Funeral Home Kingston with livestream and donations suggested to Kingston Regional Cancer Centre UHRF or Canadian Cancer Society.
