Thunder Bay man faces new charges in fatal crash
Dallas Hiebert is charged again after a November head on collision on Oliver Road that killed 79 year old Russ Wanzuk founder of Russ's Garage. A 47 year old passenger was seriously hurt but survived. Earlier charges include dangerous operation causing bodily harm and impaired operation. Police say the earlier charges remain before the court.
