Thunder Bay housing crisis lauded for progress and needs
In Thunder Bay a housing crisis worsens homelessness with tents seen by many. The TBDSSAB notes a three year funding boost to the Homelessness Prevention Program expanding emergency shelter outreach and new transitional beds.
