Enbridge to delay replacing gas lines in Thunder Bay area
Leanne McNaughton of Enbridge says no plans to proactively replace pipeline infrastructure in the area. Subcontractors must access the site well before construction begins and partial work will spill into next year. Vehicular traffic on Red River Road between Court and Cumberland will be closed while pedestrians remain able to access nearby businesses.

Inmates fight lockdowns as provinces defend care claims
A 2016 class action argues Ontario inmates faced deprivation of health care privacy dignity and hygiene during lockdowns linked to staffing shortages.
