Four-fire-station plan eyed for Oliver Paipoonge
A consultant warns the Oliver Paipoonge municipality could cut six fire halls to four and build a new station by the highway 130 office. The plan consolidates Stanley and Kakabeka Falls into one, closes Intola and Rosslyn expansions, keeps Murillo and State halls, and aims for 14 minute response in most cases with a 10-year cost view around 37 million dollars. Public input opportunities are set for May at Rosslyn and Murillo halls.
