The agricultural class tested milk and the debating team lost to Augusta on Friday. Debaters Myrle Trescott Alva Larson and Bernice Andrews argued for the affirmative on a motion about excluding Japanese immigration. The boys basketball team beat Conrad 35 to 10 while the girls lost 22 to 116. A dance followed.

It assigns 152 acres in Madison county to Isaac Fletcher Van Orsdel and grants 32 acres by Flathead Lake to Montana Deaconess Hospital for religious events. The Montana Deaconess School at Helena receives 200 Madison county acres. Residue lands in Pondera Hill Cascade counties and holdings in Great Falls Helena Floweree are to be divided between Montana Wesleyan College and Montana Deaconess Hospital, with cash of 7790 45 to be distributed among heirs including Effie M Staley Etta M Fife Lizzie Miller William Van Orsdel John Van Orsdel and Charles Van Orsdel.
