The Alkali Project Progressing. The Teton Co operative Reservoir Co aims to finish Bynum reservoir and Teton river dam by early next month with Chas W Helmick, Helena engineer, in charge. The Bynum structure will hold enough water for about 80 000 acres and spans 4 000 acres when full. Cement and concrete needs include 1 200 barrels of Three Forks Portland cement and 1 100 cubic yards for the Bynum dam area.
