New Oil Test at Pendroy Approved by Geologist
The Pendroy structure three miles east of Pendroy in Teton county will be the first local field tested by Ralph Arnold a renowned geologist with associates. Charles A Mau of San Francisco announced the plan in Great Falls. Drilling equipment is ready and operations may start in about three weeks. A new high point on the Pendroy structure was found after the Utah Western well on X F Hoeschen’s farm.

Forty Thousand Sunfish Replenish Bynum Reservoir
Chateau Rod and Gun Club members planted 40 000 sunfish from Somers Montana at Bynum reservoir on Friday. T H Pridham and Harrison Craig unloaded and placed them in stocked spots along with perch and future crappie plans. The sunfish are expected to grow to six to eight inches and half a pound, boosting fishing and possible summer camps at the reservoir.
