Harvests Halted as Flooding Rain Pauses Farm Work
Rain from Monday night into Tuesday morning stops harvesting and buying in Farmington. Most in the community have finished harvest, a few still work, while others pick up day work. Football season opens with a Friday game and locals on teams include David Carlson, Mike Otness, Rob Reiding, Dick Arensmeyer, Mike Bruce, and Gene Passmore. Roy Odle of Green River Utah visits daughter and son‑in‑law, Mr. and Mrs. David Lindseth, and calls on A. O. Lindseth Sunday.
