County Commissioners Add Property to 1919 Tax Rolls

On July 21 1919 to August 11 the board examined the 1919 assessment and added numerous items to the tax roll. Items include Agee Bros household furniture 200 dollars Arron Livestock Co 1400 lambs 14000 dollars and Burke & Taylor 150 rams 3 Lewis Walters two cows 160 and many horses cattle and farm implements across multiple residents and firms.

Bond approvals sweep county voters with scattered opposition

Greenfield farmers rally for irrigation delegation funds

Forest Firefighter Injured in Deer Creek Blaze

William Smith of Burton beach was seriously hurt Friday afternoon while battling forest fires along Deer Creek near Sun River Canyon. He was struck on the head by a falling lodgepole pine, suffering a skull base fracture and remains semi conscious with doubtful chances of recovery. Dr. Waterman attended after a five hour horseback ride from the Len Hotel in Sun River Canyon.
