Flax Mill Site Donation Conditional on Site and Funds
The Northern Mont Flax Fibre Co of Great Falls offered to build a tow mill at Chateau if a two acre stream site is provided. Dan Flowerree Dies in Atlanta
D A G Flowerree a Montana pioneer and cattle king died in Atlanta Georgia on Friday night November 22 at age 77 He was born in Missouri and came to Montana in 1864 where he mined and ranched owning extensive lands including a large ranch along Sun River and cattle on the Blackfeet Reservation He also held sheep and once owned a Florida grapefruit plantation later living there most of the time The body will be brought back to Relena for burial
