Funeral Rites Held in Falls For A. Wagnild
Funeral services for Alf Wagnild 64 Great Falls Montana Elevator Co. general manager and former Teton county resident were held at Hillcrest Lawn Memorial with Rev Bruce Cunningham and the Veterans Council officiating. Entombment followed. Wagnild died Saturday night after months of illness. He was born August 25 1891 in Lis Minnesota and moved to Montana in 1906. He served in World War I with GHQ for the Allied forces in France. He later joined Montana Elevator Co. and worked in Lewistown before moving to Great Falls eight years ago. Survivors include his widow Ruth Sebelist Wagnild a daughter Margarette a brother two sisters a cousin and a nephew. N. W. Edwards attended a Welfare meeting in Helens.
