The Chicago Tribune endorses simple home care for ordinary colds, but warns it requires indoors confinement for a day or two to avoid relapse and possible pneumonia. It contrasts this with Chamberlain's Cough Remedy, advertised as reliable for curing colds and preventing pneumonia, sold by C. H. Drake.

Major George Steell sells his Birch Creek ranch totaling 748 47 acres with 500 head of cattle to the Conrad Investment Company for 14500 dollars. Steell, a longtime Northern Montana resident and former Indian agent, plans to visit Melena and California before deciding his next location.

Miss Agnes Hansen and Mr Gaylord Franklin married at noon on Tuesday November 14 1905 at the bride’s sister Mrs H F Bailey home. Rev Geo A Wells led the wedding under white bells and roses. They departed at 2 PM for Great Falls and Helena and will reside on Burton Beach. Relatives and intimate friends attended a wedding repast with pink and white decorations.
A field survey reports potential reservoirs along about ten miles of North Fork Canyon. A 20 000 acre foot dam could store water at 25.00 per foot, with a second site near the mouth less favorable. Burton Beach farmers need up to 10 000 acre feet, prompting questions of how, when and where to proceed with storage.

Two barrels flowed before the sand pump stuck. The management estimates 40 to 50 barrels daily. Hillman will confer with capitalists in Butte. His property lies near Belly River Oil Development and 10 miles southeast of the Vancouver strike.
The Great Northern Railway unveils the Oriental Limited with a new compartment observation library car. The car features mahogany and green leather interiors, a four large state rooms decor, English oak card room, plate glass observation windows, rear platform seating, branch Booktower Library periodicals, and enroute newspapers. Dining is on carte with meals enhancing the journey.
