The forest bureau yields an income of 2601.51 dollars supporting Roosevelt era forest policy. The amount is expected to grow yearly and will benefit roads and schools in Teton county. Counties with national forests receive twenty five percent of the income.

District court action by P P Lee against James M Wilcox Ida Wilcox William Dawes and Nick Baatz seeking foreclosure on a labor lien for 493.75 with 86.95 due and unpaid plus 375.00 attorney fees and 7.00 filing costs. The complaint requests sale of the land and building in Virden Montana to satisfy the lien with interest from May 11 1907 and costs. The defendants Dawes and Baatz claimed later interests, the case listed with clerk James Gibson and attorney J G Bair. First publication April 29 1909.
