Bannatyne dies in Great Falls stockman and oilman
Charles Bannatyne a long time Teton county stockman and cattle rancher died last Friday in a Great Falls hospital from a heart ailment. He and brother Neil built extensive holdings in cattle sheep and horses and named the Bannatyne field. Survived by wife and son Charles Allister at the Dutton home ranch with relatives in Scotland.

Davidson Child Dies at Home Near Collins
Bruce Arthur Davidson aged one year one month and fourteen days died last Friday at his parents home near Collins. The death was due to natural causes after a illness since birth. Funeral services were held Saturday at Farmington.

County Agent Robert Clarkson reported results from grain tests on ceres, marquis, and supreme wheat sent to Bezellian lab. Marquis led test weight at 9.5, ceres 58.9, marquis 56.1. marquis yielded highest protein at 17.75, ceres 16.8, supreme 15.89. Schultz and others provided samples. Schultz place produced the top ceres yield at 25.3 bushels, marquis 22.1, supreme 17.5. Ceres led flour production with supreme second and marquis third.

Cancer Claims Dutton Matron Here Saturday
Internal cancer claimed the life of Mrs. Leafie Losey at the Chateau hospital Saturday about 10 o'clock. The divorced wife of Charles Losey of Dutton she left two children, a daughter in Iowa and a nine year old son in Dutton. Born in Iowa she was about 43 and married at Great Falls in 1917 later divorced in 1929. Remains were buried Monday in Chateau cemetery in a short service led by Rev Kaemmer with County Coroner C H Connor in attendance.
