Prisoner Frank Kozlar of Deer Lodge Montana appeals to the governor for a pardon after pleading guilty to sodomy in 1912 and receiving a ten year sentence. He claims innocence, alleges coercion and asks the governor to locate a key witness named during trial to support an affidavit of innocence.
