Water Superintendent J G Jackson clarifies white water result from an air leak in a packing gland of a large city plant pump. The leak occurred during three days of consecutive pump operation while filling a 160000 gallon swimming pool. Asphalt caulking stopped leaks. evaporation and seepage from concrete remain the main losses. The city water tank capacity is 240000 gallons.

Sold is the W 1/2 of NE 1/4 and E 1/2 of NW 1/4 of section 24 township 25 north range 4 west to satisfy a judgment in J L Collins vs Joe Scott and Te ton County and Phoenix Mutual Life Insurance Co. Sheriff J T Billings under-sheriff T J Dellwo. Attorney George Coffey. First pub July 19 last Aug 9.
