1941 Crop Insurance Deadline Set for Aug 31
Montana farmers planning to insure 1941 winter wheat under the federal crop insurance program are reminded by F H Richardson acting chairman of the state AAA committee that August 31 is the deadline for insurance applications and penalties must be paid before seeding or by August 31 whichever comes first. He notes no change in the February 28 closing date for spring wheat insurance and that the 1941 all risk crop program rules are largely the same as in prior years.
