Helena January 22. Administration bill sponsored by Rep R Dinayou Yellowstone county would create a state marshal to aid peace officers in enforcing state laws and investigating violations. The marshal may hire deputies, set salaries, and be removable by governor. an enforcement fund starts at 5000 dollars and grows from fines and property sales.
