County Agent Robert Clarkson reports 1932 in Teton County saw record heat and cold. The August 13 high reached 99, the cold March 14 dropped to 36 below zero, and the year’s mean temperature was 39.4 degrees. There were 114 frost free days, 11.28 inches of precipitation, and a bone dry September before a severe midwinter storm caused extensive damage. December averaged 20.6 with 35 total precip. 1933 may bring wetter years.

Big Sandy dispatch reports the death on December 28 of R C Holt age 68 from pneumonia. He worked as an accountant at Power Morgan Co in Choteau for 1928 29 then moved to Big Sandy as bookkeeper for Mc Namara Marlow and served as town clerk. Survivors include widow and one son. remains shipped to Helena for interment.
