Dec 1 marked a change in Beau pre leadership as the WeaverChristian partnership ends with Christian retiring and J M Weaver taking over alone. A M Turtelotte of the Cargill Withee company visited town bringing 168 water contracts to be recorded.
E E Leech of Dupuyer and W L Campbell of the Conrad Land and Water Co at Valier came over yesterday to escort the institute instructors. Campbell praised Valier’s town and county, saying conditions were excellent and the coming year would bring rapid growth and development.
