C E Trescott, who moved his printing plant to Boulder, returned to Chateau to sell his home and ranch on Sheep creek near Dupuyer. Bert Halladay bought the Chateau adjoining place and Jos Sturgeon bought the Dupuyer ranch. He also sold part of his household effects and left with his family for Boulder on Monday.
