Jean Chalmers won first place in the dairy foods division at the State 4-H Congress held at Montana State University Bozeman for the demonstration Puff The Magic Meal. A 19 jewel wrist watch was presented to Miss Chalmers. Kathy Maurer represented Teton county in the state dress revue and placed among the top 10. Delegates from Teton included Janice Fuhringer Betty Evans Dick Zier and Kathy Habel.

Vickie and Cindy Tesch hosted a birthday dinner for mother Mrs Charles Tesch attended by twenty two guests. Jim Spinder and family returned from Spokane after a week away visiting relatives. Al Finley and family moved to Spokane for their new home.
