Miss Lucina A. Webb died at her brother W H Webb’s Cho teau home from heart trouble aged 57. A Dover Illinois native, she moved to Choteau in 1898, served as house keeper for her brother and aunt to his two children Stephen and Marian, and is survived by siblings G L Muzzy A L Kelley H A Prescott and two brothers Vi Frank Webb Gilbert S Webb. Funeral held August 5 at the Methodist church with Rev Harry T Stong officiating. burial in Choteau Cemetery.

J E Malmin died July 31 in California from a heart attack. He had lived in Choteau for years, worked with the Acantha and Chateau Land & Loan Co, held deputy posts, and owned ranch property. He moved to Seattle then California for health reasons. Survived by Mrs Malmin, two children Jean and John, and a Minnesota/Towa relatives. Body sent to Blue Earth Minnesota for burial. Bert Dunn family went camping in Sun River canyon after.
