Department of the Interior announces JOHN HANSON of Fairfield Montana filed notice of intention to make final five year proof to establish his land claim for the southeast quarter of section 15 in township 22 north range 3 west Montana meridian. The proceeding will be before A C Warner at the hill office in Choteau Montana on May 21 1909. Witnesses listed are Peter Nasse George FE Prey Fred C Kruck and John Gronberg all of Fairfield Montana. The next examination for teachers certificates will be held at the court house in Choteau on Friday April 30 1909 with a possible continuation the next day. State notice dated April 8 1909 and signed by Pranerts M Anderson County Superintendent of Schools.
