Montana voters consider unicameral or bicameral legislature changes
Proposals outline three major changes to Montana’s constitution on the June 6 ballot. They include annual 60 day sessions, single member districts, and optional switch to a unicameral legislature with a five member reapportionment commission. The plan would place the Senate as the single house if unicameral passes.
