The Waterton Oil Land and Power Co announces a five cent per share assessment delinquency on many stockholders led by M W Ainsworth O J Amundson Bertha Hassett and Henrietta Brink. The sale to satisfy the delinquency and costs is set for April 27 1911 at 2 00 PM at 115 North Main Street Butte Montana with court and board approval.
