A Pensacola meeting of the Florida Division Travelers Protective Association proposed a Mardi Gras parade for February 22. The committee aims to unite commercial and social groups, keep residents local, attract visitors, and showcase the city with a float. Meetings were urged at Dekles Hall on December 27 to organize and coordinate with Pensacola officials.
Advertisement extols good looks as a sign of healthy organs. It promotes Electric Bitters as a stomach liver and kidney tonic that purifies blood and clears pimples and boils. Browns Iron Bitters are offered to restore strength and enrich blood, sold by J. R. Farrior and other dealers.

The ad also offers buyout of chickens eggs and turkeys with C O D pricing from Union Depot Grocery and Commodities House in Pensacola Florida dated 11 27.
