Army names Green Beret officers in Thai Khac Chuyen killing
The U S Army charged six Green Berets with murder and conspiracy in the Thai Khac Chuyen slaying near Nha Trang Vietnam between June 15 and 20. Capt Robert F Marasco of Bloomfield New Jersey fired the pistol and Capt Leland J Brumley allegedly injected morphine. Col Robert B Rheault formerly commanded 3 000 Green Berets and was accused of premeditated murder though not in the actual killing. Texas consumers and merchants will feel the impact next Wednesday as a 348 million dollar measure raises the sales tax to four and one quarter percent in most cities.
