AUSTIN AP The Texas Department of Health said it erred in reporting seven nursing homes had been decertified. Three on the list Care Inn of Abilene Memorial Medical Nursing Center San Antonio and Kent County Nursing Home Jayton had met recertification conditions and were advised they would be recertified. Greenview Manor in Waco now appears eligible for recertification.
