He cited the need to prevent service disruption as dynamite blows hit a Knoxville Tennessee telephone exchange though no injuries were reported. The companion Louisville & Nashville Railroad strike has halted most operations and disrupted service across 13 states.

Paducah Man Dies In Mishap
