Roy Boatwright Jr., 39, was expected to survive five bullet wounds after a gun battle that killed Floyd Edwin Vincent, 42, and wounded his 12 year old daughter Lynda in Vincent’s $30 000 home in Richland Hills near Fort Worth. Vincent’s wife Lois, 27, had left earlier after a dispute over an affair between Boatwright and Lois. Police found Lois tearing up a secret list of Dallas police characters.
