Funeral services for Mrs M Phelan a former Chil dress resident were held in Fort Worth. She died at her home 4813 Meadowbrook Drive Fort Worth Saturday morning. She was widow of the late M Phelan who led First Methodist Church here from 1919 to 1923. Survivors include three daughters Mrs Etta Holt Brown Mrs Dick Lotspeich and Mrs Betty Ostrom all of Fort Worth a son Charles Phelan of San Angelo and grandson Charles Phelan Jr of Fort Worth along with several other grandchildren.
