Two tickets were issued after a two-vehicle collision at Fourth and Avenue F North near 7 20 p m Saturday. Janice Holtman eastbound tried a left turn north onto Fourth Street when her car was rear ended by Steven Ray Davis Route 5 Wellington. No injuries occurred.
