Death Comes To Former Citizen Don Wright
Don Wright about 55 of Memphis formerly of Childress died of a heart attack Saturday in Lockney where he was employed. His body is in Memphis with funeral arrangements incomplete. He worked as a cattle inspector for Childress First National Bank until Sept 1953 then at Lockney First National Bank. Survivors include his wife one daughter and a son stationed in Germany. Wright also worked in the Memphis Production Credit Association and in the Cotton Hall and Childress counties area before moving to Childress.

Rites At Kirkland For Former Resident
